Please meet Mia Alkhairo. Our Isuzu Care Specialist.
Mia plays a pivotal role in Patterson Cheney Truck’s team by overseeing and managing the aftercare service within the customer’s journey. She ensures that customers are left happy and fully satisfied with their truck and service. She problem solves any issues and ensures the customers are always looked after.
Mia has been with Patterson Cheney for 8 months but prior to that, Mia has worked in the construction industry working as Project Manager. Whilst on the surface, the automotive and construction are different, skills for client management do cross over which Mia thrives.
At Patterson Cheney Trucks, Mia loves the positive team-work spirit and she enjoys the ongoing support from her managers and colleagues. Mia is driven by the opportunity that her role provides to help ensure the customer’s experience is the best. Mia truly believes in fostering a workplace that has mutual respect, thoughtfulness and consideration.
Reflecting on women’s roles in automotives, Mia sees a landscape evolving with diversity and skill being implemented in all departments. The patience, thought and care provided by the staff helps bring a positive culture and it’s encouraging to see more women in key roles. Mia’s personal advice she offers are to be a key team player and to be patient with your professional development.
