Women in Automotives – Paige and Aimee

Meet Paige Braggins and Aimee Menz who are the face of Patterson Cheney Trucks. Paige is our service receptionist and Aimee is our sales receptionist but both are an integral part of the Patterson Cheney customer service journey. They are the first point of contact of all our customers and help resolve any of their issues.
For Paige, the truck industry wasn’t a surprise. She had previously worked at a truck module building company in sales/marketing but she noticed a difference in Patterson Cheney. Paige describes the environment as a “warm sense of community” and she loves interacting with good people on a daily basis. “Talking to different customers from all walks of life, I love listening to their stories…working somewhere you really enjoy makes a massive difference…People make the culture and there are good people here that makes work fun”. Through the nature of her work, her knowledge of the industry and trucks have grown and Paige looks to continue that growth.
Aimee’s journey is slightly different. For the past 10 years, she’s worked in different industries from gym to fashion to automotive. She’s experienced every aspect of operations, customer service, facility management and sales and even built a successful supplement and clothing business. What can be seen through her work history is her passion for client relations and operations management. In dealerships, client relations are key and you can see Aimee’s desire to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible. She sees a massive opportunity to grow her professional career and we look forward to seeing her continual growth.
Some advice from Paige and Aimee to any young prospective females thinking about joining the automotive industry. If you are thinking about it, just do it! Be confident and believe in your abilities. Don’t be afraid to showcase your strengths! If you have an interest in truck or cars, no matter if it’s selling them or working on them, Go for it. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If you believe in yourself and your skill-set, you will earn you respect and recognition! Also have fun. Embrace challenge.
